Zentech Manufacturing offers the latest technologies for your SMT projects, with our state of the art SMT lines. Zentech Manufacturing uses an automated process for screen-printing solder paste, high speed and accurate placement of all types of SMT components, and conveyorized solder reflow using convection ovens. The SMT lines are comprised of the following equipment:

Stencil Printers

High resolution alignment system for use with ball grid arrays, chip-on-board and other advanced technology applications

High precision SMT component placement machines

High density laser heads plus board offset correction and teach cameras
Component placement capabilities includes: BGAs, Flip Chip, Chip-on-board, and Micro BGAs
Automatic tool changers allow up to 18 nozzles to be used by each machine during production
Off line programming and production control utilizing host line control software

Full convection reflow oven

For six-sigma consistency in finished solder joints
Supports line speeds up to 28 inches per minute
Module response-less than one second to temperature changes of less than 0.1 degree Celsius
Single edge hold conveyor adjustable as wide as 24 inches
Auto clean flux collector
Cool-down zone to prevent opens on BGA's
