Bench Test Area

Zentech has In-Circuit Test capability using GenRad 2287i test equipment. Our Genrad 2287i test system is optimized to detect defects that can occur in the manufacturing process or are inherent in the components. This advanced system provides precise fault diagnosis on the most demanding PCB Assemblies. It’s synchronized analog and digital subsystems perform accurate and repeatable testing of analog, digital and mixed signal devices.

Zentech has a full complement of associated test/measurement equipment and power supplies to perform bench and functional testing. We can develop test procedures or perform test using procedures supplied by customers. Additionally, we can use our test equipment to troubleshoot design and assembly problems down to the component level.

We also have ESS and Thermal Chambers available for temperature and humidity cycle testing.

Zentech utilizes state-of-the-art Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) techniques to help ensure that our manufacturing processes are capable and consistent.

Develop and maintain test procedures.
Prepare Test Reports based on test results.
Design functional test fixtures.
Participate in new product development as a cross-functional team member to ensure design capabilities coincide with test and reliability requirements.
Design and assemble test equipment/fixtures to be used for product verification testing and production requirements
