Solderer
Position Description:
Perform a variety of SMT and PTH hand soldering tasks.

A few Trainee positions are also available for dedicated individuals who are motivated to learn.

Duties Include:
1. Develop a working knowledge of the proper use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, wire cutters, etc. as they are needed to prepare components for soldering.
2. Manual soldering of both SMT and PTH components to assemble electronic components on printed circuit boards.
3. Develop a working knowledge of electronic acceptance criteria, e.g. ANSI/IPC 610
4. Perform touch-up, repair and rework of electronic assemblies per applicable workmanship specifications, drawings, samples, or verbal instructions.

Experience and Requirements for this position are as follows:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to read and follow written instructions, distinguish colors, and perform simple arithmetic. Demonstrated desire to learn, dependable and enjoy working in a team environment. 1-3 years of experience assembling printed circuit boards. Demonstrated good soldering skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Should also have very good hand and eye coordination.

Quality Control Inspector
Position Description:
Perform quality inspection checks of partially assembled and completed circuit boards.

Duties Include:
Candidates will be inspecting products using micrometers, calipers, and blueprints.

Experience and Requirements for this position are as follows:
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Excellent eyesight and good hand and eye coordination.

Physical Demands Include:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
